Creativity galore : Cakes in jars!

When you hear these 3 letters:  L S D there is only one thing that comes to your mind. Apologies! That’s not what I’m talking about. This is an unusual  kind which is even better. Something that will keep making you crave for more all the time and you’d be surprised how high it could get you too!

Love Sugar and Dough™- It is the place where you can just be yourself and let your hair down where no one will dare to invade your space.

It first started off on one of the lanes going towards Carter Road and I’m guessing that is how it got it’s fame. But now, it has quite a few outlets all over Mumbai.

It has been around for a while now but is still the best in town!  There’s nothing like going down there  and chilling with a couple of friends even on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The whole ambience of the place is so cozy and comfortable and it has this retro touch to it which just relaxes your mind and soul. It makes you feel like you’re in paradise and at the same time it is so colourful and vibrant which helps to bring the place alive.
Although they have a variety of things to choose from their menu like most other bakeries around, it is their cakes in jars which are something to die for. They are absolutely luscious and divine!!! People from all over the country on their visit here, have to take back a jar with them as they are very convenient to carry and also well packed.

They come in two different sizes and have quite a few flavours too. Some of the favourites among the youth is the Red Velvet with cream cheese and the Ferrero Rocher . They can be eaten any time of the day and are quite reasonable. The bigger ones are priced at 300 and the smaller ones for 200.

It’s also such a unique way of gifting someone, a cake in a jar.  Making them feel special and appreciated!

One of LSD’s main policies is to live for taste where greed is holy and not a sin.  This cannot be more true as one can’t get any less addicted to it by just holding one of those jars in one's hands.
